Responsibilities
- Design and deploy complex LAN/WAN infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG for 99.99% uptime SLA compliance
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute cybersecurity protocols (NIST 800-53)
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture integration (AWS/Azure)
- Document network topologies using Visio and maintain configuration management
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical financial and healthcare clients
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quarterly security audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration with CCNP/JNCIE certification
- Expertise in SD-WAN, VPN, and BGP routing protocols
- Proficiency with packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification
