Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Manage and monitor cloud resources, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Automate deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot cloud-related issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure security compliance and implement best practices for data protection.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all cloud architecture and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, Load Balancing, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
