Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade network architectures including SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless solutions
- Lead network security initiatives including firewalls, intrusion detection, and compliance frameworks
- Optimize network performance through continuous monitoring, capacity planning, and automation
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate AWS/Azure networking services
- Develop network documentation and standard operating procedures
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents and outages
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Expertise in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and network virtualization
- Proven experience with network automation (Python, Ansible) and cloud networking
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent advanced certification required
- Strong background in network security principles and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor environments
