Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timelines
- Document network topology and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments
- Support VoIP and wireless network implementations
- Train end-users on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (required)
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and ping/traceroute
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for site visits)
