Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage user lifecycle processes including account provisioning, password resets, and access control within Active Directory.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with the Systems Engineering team to troubleshoot complex network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Document all IT incidents, solutions, and procedures in our ticketing system to ensure knowledge base growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
