Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for 500+ endpoints including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud service integrations with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead enterprise-wide security initiatives including endpoint protection and compliance audits
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations and technology refresh projects
- Mentor junior technicians and document IT procedures in our knowledge base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- Expert-level certifications: CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Proven experience with SCCM, Intune, and hybrid cloud infrastructure management
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux systems
- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or financial services compliance environments preferred
