Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions across 200+ devices
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Lead IT projects including system migrations and security audits
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITSM frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
