Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Design and implement secure, high-performance cloud architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and engineersâto translate complex concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the 2026 tech landscape.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of quality and security.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale machine learning systems into production environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
