The Role
As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex web applications. You will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring our products are robust, secure, and performant.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality and enhance user engagement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
