Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in code to ensure fast load times and optimal performance across all devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Security Implementation: Enforce security best practices and data protection protocols to safeguard user information.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications to production environments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API development.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
