Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Visualizations: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong experience with Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends as part of the shift rotation.
