Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Execute automated regression tests using Selenium or Cypress scripts.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
- Maintain documentation of test procedures and test data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
