Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve data query performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Availability to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating basis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
