Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement proactive solutions
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce VLAN segmentation and access controls
- Support VPN implementations and remote access solutions
- Perform capacity planning and bandwidth optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP protocols
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies
- Ability to create network diagrams and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
