Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure implementation
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for technical collaboration
