- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators and track business trends.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify analytical requirements and optimize data pipelines.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns and anomalies in operational data.
- Generate comprehensive, executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance standards and documentation are maintained across all analytical projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
