Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI (portfolio required)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
