Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support A/B testing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
