Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and executives to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide deep insights into KPI performance and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend).
