Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity ratings
- Collaborate with development teams using JIRA and Confluence
- Validate UI/UX consistency across web and mobile applications
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospective meetings
- Test cross-platform compatibility (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation in TestRail
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA/testing experience or relevant internship
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with test case management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL and REST APIs
- Reliable transportation to Madison office (2 days/week)
