Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects across web/mobile applications
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues during sprint cycles
- Validate UI/UX functionality against design specifications and accessibility standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) to improve testing processes
- Conduct regression testing on new features and product updates
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and API testing tools (Postman)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Knowledge of mobile testing on iOS/Android platforms
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
