Responsibilities
- Lead Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support key business initiatives.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design intuitive, interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, increasing efficiency and reducing error rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Equipment Management: Utilize provided high-performance hardware and software tools to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting is a plus.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and familiarity with ETL tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
