Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and metrics.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all systems and databases.
- Perform statistical modeling and A/B testing to support product improvements.
- Present data-driven findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy libraries).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
