Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
- Strong business acumen to translate technical insights into strategy
- Remote work experience with asynchronous collaboration tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects
