Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite security operations center. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our organization's information systems against cyber threats, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
You will work in a dynamic environment where you will monitor security alerts, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our security posture.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to detect and investigate anomalies.
- Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery from cyber attacks.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and regular penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection solutions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and playbooks for incident response.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security controls during the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architecture.
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence, and log analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
