Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, aggregate, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and perform ETL processes.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
