Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding marketing, sales, and productâto translate business questions into data-driven hypotheses.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes using Python and SQL to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
