Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Document data processes and provide training to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Candidates outside Illinois will be considered with full relocation support provided.
