Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate data-driven hypotheses
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations for executive leadership
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
