Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven rationale
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing design community
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a diverse portfolio
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience with user research methodologies: interviews, surveys, card sorting
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design systems and complex flows
