The Role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key metrics and KPIs.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Build and automate SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, cleaning, and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
