Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve defects
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Develop test plans and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications
- Validate UI/UX consistency across web and mobile applications using cross-browser testing
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features don't impact existing functionality
Qualifications
- No prior QA experience required - we'll train you from day one!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly with a growth mindset
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
