Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Las Vegas and Georgia to define data requirements
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to decision-makers
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI platform
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing experience
- Proven track record of translating data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
