The Role:

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Design and create interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
