The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will leverage SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools to uncover trends, optimize processes, and provide high-level insights to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Automate manual data processes using Python scripts to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
