Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various internal and external sources.
- Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Optimize data workflows and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
