As a Data Analyst on our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will work independently during our night operations to ensure our reporting systems are accurate and up-to-date, providing our clients with the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Manage and clean datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, summarizing complex data findings in clear, concise formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Engineering and Product) to define data requirements and solve complex analytical problems.
- Support Night Shift operations by monitoring data pipelines and troubleshooting anomalies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Fresno, CA, or work fully remotely within the US.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
