Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design and develop complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and present data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
