Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI) to monitor KPIs and performance metrics in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and report on key business outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in data pipelines and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Reporting: Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a high-volume or financial environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- BI Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Schedule: Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
