Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Create and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators for leadership.
- Monitor data pipelines during off-peak hours to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and reporting standards.
- Document data processes and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a Night Shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC (Relocation assistance provided).
