Responsibilities
- Data Management & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets into structured formats suitable for analysis, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to assist senior leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a night-shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying, Python or R for statistical analysis, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of handling large datasets with precision.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
