Responsibilities
- Process and analyze overnight transactional data to generate daily performance reports
- Monitor real-time data pipelines for anomalies and operational efficiency
- Create interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for leadership review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data handovers
- Develop automated reporting scripts to streamline night shift workflows
- Support ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional departments
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent written communication for shift handover documentation
- Comfortable working 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotation
