Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting critical anomalies and success metrics.
- Optimize data extraction processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM).
