Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to uncover hidden trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night operations team.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive, accurate reports and summaries for management, highlighting critical insights and anomalies.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to identify inefficiencies in nightly processes and propose data-backed solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data storage and retrieval systems during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong knowledge of Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
