What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Statistical Modeling: Build statistical models and perform rigorous analysis to support business forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement by analyzing current workflows and recommending data-backed strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain data integrity and ensure data quality through regular audits and database optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and generating reports.
