Responsibilities
• Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
• Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports in Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and business performance.
• Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex technical findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
• Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
