Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence requirements.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis on large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to define data needs and solve business problems.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Python and SQL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
