Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and support strategic planning.
- Identify data gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and integrity across the organization.
- Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visual storytelling.
- Streamline reporting workflows by automating manual processes and standardizing data definitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and machine learning concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
