Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Lead the end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to drive executive decision-making.
- Database Management: Perform deep-dive SQL queries and data cleaning using Python and R to ensure data integrity.
- A/B Testing: Support marketing and product teams by designing experiments and analyzing results to improve conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, compelling presentations for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, and Excel (Advanced).
- Tools: Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
