Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support reporting needs.
- Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize trends and KPIs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources.
- Present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
